Reserved and/or VIP seats that are purchased, but not claimed by 10 minutes past scheduled Bell Time are subject to resale in some instances.

VIP Tickets are subject to the terms of their respected event.

Online tickets must be shown to ticket office for confirmation of purchase. Online tickets are non-transferable.

No refunds or exchanges.

If an event is canceled or rescheduled, purchased tickets will be transferred to a future event. No refunds will be given.
